Check Your Eligibility:
a) Ontario Works
If you are an adult on Ontario Works, please contact one of the Ottawa Public Health Dental Clinics between 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday:
- Merivale Dental Clinic (1580 Merivale Road) 613-580-9631
- St. Laurent Dental Clinic (2525 St. Laurent Blvd.) at 613-580-9632
- Cobourg Dental Clinic (40 Cobourg Street) (Closed for Renovations) at 613-580-9633
b) Ontario Senior Dental Care Program (OSDCP):
Please contact the City of Ottawa at 613-580-2424, x 23510 for details about this program.
